ANIMAL CARE SERVICES
We provide peace of mind. You can rest assured that your pets will receive the care they need. Whether it is feeding and medications or play and exercise, we deliver pet care to your specifications. Your pet will have our full attention. We give individualized animal care and include socialization only if desired by you. We include a report of all the care your pet receives and communicate regularly to make sure all needs are met. Sirius Animal Services is licensed, bonded, and insured.
SERVICES AND RATES
Dog Care
Dog Safari - $30 (add $10 for each additional dog from the same household).
This is our most popular service. It includes a full outing to the beach, forest trails or parks, depending on the animal’s needs, taking weather conditions into consideration. We know where to exercise your pets to protect them from cold, wind, sun, and even rain. We also make this a chance for socialization with other dogs if desired by their owners.
Neighborhood Walk - $25 (add $10 for each additional dog in the household).
Pee Break - $20 (add $5 for each additional dog). For dogs with a fenced yard.
In-Home Care Visit - $25. For an elderly dog, puppy or dog requiring extra care. In addition to a pee break, can include feeding, clean-up, administration of medications, or any additional assistance your pet might need.
Full-Day Safari - $150. Need your dogs to have a full day adventure? Visiting from out of town and want time for yourself to explore the area? We can take your dogs out for an entire day! Your dog will be amazed at all the beautiful places they get to explore. They will receive our full attention and individualized care. Your dogs will come home safe, tired and happy.
Does your dog lack social skills? While we emphasize individualized care, we can successfully socialize and integrate your dog into a pack.
Cat Care
$25 a visit. $24 for the second visit on the same day.
$28 for a visit for 2 cats. $27 for the second visit on the same day.
$30 for a visit for 3 or more cats
Our cat visits are extensive. They include time being with your cat, feeding, brushing, litter box cleaning and litter changing, playing, communicating with you and addressing anything that presents itself.
Overnight Care
$198 for a 24 hour period
Your pets will have our full attention and will be to your specifications
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation for reserved Overnights: 100% within 48 hours. 50% within one week. 25% within two weeks.
No charge for changing dates within an existing trip.
No charge for cancellation of Day Visits.
There may be higher charges for distance. There is a 50% surcharge for animal care on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day and New Year's Eve and Day.
SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Behavioral Modification
We work with owners to help understand and resolve the behavioral issue.
We use praise, corrections and calming signals to communicate with your dog in a language they understand.
$50 per session
Animal Massage
Catherine is a licensed Animal Massage Therapist in the State of Washington and graduated from the Northwest School of Animal Massage in 2007. Massage is a very effective therapy for animals to improve mobility and wellbeing. Other benefits include help with anxiety and aids in your pet’s natural healing processes and pain relief. Catherine performs an intake before working with your pet.
$50 per session
Special Events
Our rate for weddings, rehearsals or other special events is $25 an hour (add $5 an hour for each additional animal as long as the animals are part of the same pack). We are available to assist with your furry kids being part of your wedding, or to keep them safe and happy while you are whale watching, dining and enjoying your day.
Veterinary Visits
We have working relationships with the best local veterinarians, boarding facilities, and groomers. If you have scheduled a veterinary, grooming or boarding appointment, we are available to take your animal for the visit, provide necessary care, and communicate instructions with you. $25 an hour (add $5 an hour for each additional animal).

Catherine and Jonathan are fantastic dog sitters. We hired them to help take care of our two labs, Remi and Zoey, during our wedding. Where to start?! Jonathan and Catherine originally took care of my parents’ animals when required, meticulously following my mother’s instructions regarding food and walks. This is what you’d expect from great pet sitters but this is just where they started. As my parents’ health failed over the years, they’ve kept in communication with us (their children) about the animals and recommended ways to ease the burden of caring for pets (fencing the yard, changing food routines). They’ve stepped in at a moments notice during several health emergencies where we’ve needed urgent care for pets while my parents were hospitalized. When my mother became unable to care for her cats, they helped to rehome them and then even followed up once they’d been adopted to ensure that they were being well cared for in their new home. During this difficult situation, they spent time comforting my mother over the loss of her cats. Now that my mother has moved to assisted living (and brought the dog with her), they are helping to coordinate care for the dog in the facility. I honestly can’t say enough about the dedication, organization and compassion that Jonathan and Catherine have to not only the pets they care for, but for their owners too. I’d give them 20 stars if possible and am more than happy to give personal recommendations if requested!

We have been providing professional animal care to clients in the greater Port Townsend area since 2007. We love animals and taking care of them is our passion. We have had our own pets our entire lives and understand how much you care about your pets and how much trust you place in us. Catherine and Jonathan coordinate with each other continuously in order to guarantee coverage and to provide outstanding animal care.
